Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Vietnam
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).
Vietnam Tourist Visa
- A valid signed passport with at least six months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page.
- One completed application form – Click Here
- 1-passport type colored photograph (2×2),front view facing,on a white background, less than 6 months old. No glasses to be worn.
- A copy of the Resident Alien Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen

Vietnam Business Visa
- A valid signed passport with at least six months validity remaining and at least one blank visa page.

- A letter of approval from the ministry of foreign affairs in Vietnam.

Loose Leaf Visa
Please provide
- A signed colored copy of your passport page with atleast 6 months validity remaining. This can be scanned/emailed to us.
- Please include 2 passport type photos on a white background. This must be less than 6 months old, no glasses to be worn on the photo. You can choose to scan the photo to us. Please note ETS charges a fee of $20.00 to print the photo
- One completed application form Click Here
- For a business visa- A letter of approval from the ministry of of foreign affairs in Vietnam.
E- visa
The e- visa is a single entry visa valid for 30 days only.
