Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Azerbaijan
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, musthave at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).
Azerbaijan Tourist Visa
- Original signed passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining and atleast one blank visa page
- 1 visa application form, fully completed and signed. Click Here for application form
- Please fill the form online only. You will need a unique, valid email address for each applicant.
Humanity validation: It can take multiple tries to correctly pass the validation. Please be patient and refresh the image as often as needed.
Signature: There is no signature line on the printed form. Please sign and date anywhere on the bottom of the print out. - 2 passport-type identical colored photographs
- Original visa support letter (Devetname) of the inviting party (applicant’s relatives or friends) sent through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The support letter must contain full name of the invited person, his/her date of birth, passport number, duration of stay in Azerbaijan, exact address and contact information of the inviting party and be accompanied by a photocopy of identification document (Shexsiyyet vesiqesi) of the inviting party.
- Non US Citizens must provide a photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA
- An itinerary or copy of the airline ticket must be provided

The Consulate General of the Republic of Azerbaijan takes atleast 10 business days to process visas.
Consular Fees
- Single entry (up to 90 days) – $160 US dollars
- Double entry (up to 90 days) – $160 US dollars
- Multiple entry (up to 1 year) – $160 US dollars
