Azerbaijan Tourist Visa

• Original signed passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining and atleast one blank visa page

• Original visa support letter (Devetname) of the inviting party (applicant’s relatives or friends) sent through the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The support letter must contain full name of the invited person, his/her date of birth, passport number, duration of stay in Azerbaijan, exact address and contact information of the inviting party and be accompanied by a photocopy of identification document (Shexsiyyet vesiqesi) of the inviting party.
• Non US Citizens must provide a photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA

• Applicants must include a letter signed by the representative of the firm or institution employing, hiring or sponsoring the trip, with the specific refrence to the job to be performed by the applicant, the duration of the engagement and assuming full financial responsibility for the applicant. It must be authenticated by a public notary.

Algeria Tourist Visa

• A valid signed passport with minimum 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into Algeria and at least 2 bank visa pages.
• A copy of the passport vital page.
• 1- visa application form to be filled out online, printed, dated and hand signed – Click Here. All fields must be filled out.
• 2- passport type photographs, identical, 2×2 on a white background, less than 6 months old, no glasses to be worn in the photo.
• A colored copy of the Green Card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
• A Confirmed hotel reservation or holiday booking through a travel agency, or an invitation letter from an Algeria resident person (must be notarized by City Hall in Algiers and his ID attached), or an invitation letter from an Algerian US resident issued at a notary public office. The Algerian host must be registered at the Consulate General in New York and provide related evidence.
• Most recent statement of financial resources or proof of income (pay stub, bank statement). Must include the traveler’s name.
