Non US Citizen Passport Process

We assist with passport services for some non US citizens. ETS will email or fax you the necessary applications and instructions for your country. Please complete the application and once we recieve your information we shall work with your consulate or embassy so you can recieve your passport in a timely manner. Fee’s for each country are different. ETS charges a handling fee for each passport.
