Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Australia

Passport Information

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, musthave at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee’s apply).

Australia Tourist Visa

Current passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, and at least one blank Visa page.
1 visa application form, (1419) completed and signed – Click Here.
1 authorized recipient form, (956A) completed and signed – Click Here
1-passport type photograph (2×2, color, white background less than six months old)
Non-U.S. citizens must present a notarized copy of the Green Card (color – front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S.
Proof of medical insurance is required for acquiring Australian Visa
Evidence of sufficient funds to support your stay in Australia (eg. current bank statement indicating funds available to you).
Proof of hotel reservation; OR, if visiting friends or family, a letter of invitation is required.
A letter from your employer (on business letterhead with contact details) confirming leave of absence and vacation dates.
A letter outlining your plans while in Australia. If visiting friends or family, please provide contact name(s), addresses, and telephone numbers while in Australia.
Confirmation of travel (onward and return tickets/flight itinerary) required

Australia Business Visa

A letter of invitation from the host company in Australia
An official letter (on company letterhead) from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip, and that the company will take care of all the financial expenses of the applicant during his intended stay in Australia
Copy of airline tickets or confirmed itinerary and hotel reservation.
