Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Zambia
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Zambia Tourist Visa
- A valid passport, with at least 6 months validity remaining.
- Two (2) application forms fully completed and signed. One photocopy of the original application form will be accepted.
- Two (2) passport type photographs. Please append your signature on the back of each photograph and staple one photo to each application form.
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen.
- Clients traveling on tourist visa should include a " Letter of Invitation" from their hosts in Zambia. The "Invitation Letter" should include the following:
1.Host's Name and Address
2.Applicant's Name
3.Length of stay in Zambia
4.Purpose of Visit - Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary.

Zambia Business Visa
- A valid passport, with at least 6 months validity remaining

- A letter from the company in the U.S. (on company letterhead) stating the purpose and duration of the trip and guaranteeing financial support during the intended stay in Zambia

Other Information
- Please Note: Citizens of certain countries require prior approval from the immigration office in Zambia.The visa approval should be sent directly to the Embassy of Zambia in Washington D.C. Once approval is confirmed, we can submit your documents to the Washington D.C. office for processing.
