Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Vietnam
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Vietnam Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One completed application form
- One 2"x2" passport-size photograph stapled or glued firmly to the application form
- A copy of the Resident Alien Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Proof of hotel reservation and sufficient funds
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Vietnam Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One completed application form
- One 2"x2" passport-size photograph stapled or glued firmly to the application form
- A copy of the Resident Alien Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip and guaranteeing all expenses during the intended stay
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Vietnam. Applicant must obtain approval through sponsor in Vietnam. The Consulate General will issue visa's only upon approval by Authorities in Vietnam
