Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Venezuela

U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

US. citizens do not need a visa to enter Venezuela for tourism purposes for a period of 90 days.

Venezuela Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- Two passport type photographs
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- The applicant shall prove that he does not intend to come to the country for immigration purposes. To do so, the applicant must provides a document that shows he has an address in the residing country (outside Venezuela). A reference letter issued by a banking institution that certifying the applicant's good standing and the date he opened his account.A letter from the applicant's employer (stating the date on which the applicant began working for the company and his current position)

Venezuela Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- Two passport type photographs
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- Visa application addressed to the Consulate General by the applicant himself or the company responsible for the applicant's travel to Venezuela. The application shall indicate the purpose of the travel and the address of the company or person to be contacted in Venezuela
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Venezuela
- Any of the following documents will be requested: mercantile or commercial registry number or a letter issued by the pertinent chamber or association of commerce or industry
- If the applicant is the owner of the company, he or she shall show documents that prove this condition
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
