Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Slovenia
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

U.S. citizens do not need a visa to enter Slovenia for tourist or business travels up to 90 days.
Citizens of Mexico do not need a visa to enter Slovenia for tourist travels up to 90 days and for business travels up to 30 days.

Slovenia Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, completely filled out and signed
- 2 passport type photographs
- A copy of the onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
- Certificate of residence and certificate of status in the country where he/she resides; ("green card" or other document proving legal status in the USA)
- A voucher, confirmation from a tourist agency or a hotel stating their commitment to accommodate the guests
- Certificate of social status and occupation of the applicant

Slovenia Business Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, completely filled out and signed
- 2 passport type photographs
- An official invitation of the company or organisation from Slovenia; signed by the authorized person in the company and with the seal of the company
- A letter from the company in the US stating the purpose and duration of the trip
- A copy of the onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
- Certificate of residence and certificate of status in the country where he/she resides; ("green card" or other document proving legal status in the USA)
- A voucher, confirmation from a tourist agency or a hotel stating their commitment to accommodate the guests
