Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Poland
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourist/business stay for upto 90 days.
Visa requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
Poland Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least 3 months validity remaining
- One visa application form, fully completed and signed
- 1 passport type photo
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- Proof of medical insurance for stay in Poland
- Proof of sufficent funds during the intended stay in Poland (approx. $100 a day - cash, credit cards, and travelers checks)
- Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
Poland Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least 3 months validity remaining
- One visa application form, fully completed and signed
- 1 passport type photo
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Poland
- A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip
- Proof of medical insurance for stay in Poland
- Proof of sufficent funds during the intended stay in Poland (approx. $100 a day - cash, credit cards, and travelers checks)
- Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
