Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Pakistan
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Pakistan Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- 2 passport type photographs
- A notarized copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Proof of sufficent funds during the intended stay in Pakistan
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Pakistan Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- 2 passport type photographs
- A notarized copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Pakistan
- A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip
- Proof of sufficent funds during the intended stay in Pakistan
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
Other Information
- Passport holders from India are required to submit their visa request on this application form
- International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required, if arriving from infected area within 5 days
