Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Myanmar/Burma
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Mynamar-Burma Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining and a couple of blank pages for the visa
- Two completed application forms
- One completed" Report of Arrival Form" (attahed to the application form)
- One completed "Work History" form (attached to the application form)
- 3- passport type photos, 2x2 inch with a clear background not more than six months old
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A copy of the onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Mynamar-Burma Business Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining and a couple of blank pages for the visa
- Two completed application forms
- One completed" Report of Arrival Form" (attahed to the application form)
- One completed "Work History" form (attached to the application form)
- 3- passport type photos, 2x2 inch with a clear background not more than six months old
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A letter from the company in the U.S. on the company letterhead, indicating the purpose and duration of the trip
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Mynamar
- A copy of the onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Other Information
- Tourist visa
The tourist visa is valid for a stay of exactly ( 28 days )
The visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended - Business visa
The business visa is valid for a stay of 10 weeks The visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended - Please note: The embassy/consulate may request additional paperwork as deemed necessary
