Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Malta
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

U.S. citizens do not require a visa for tourist or business purposes to visit Malta for a period of 90 days.
Visa requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
Malta Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
- 2 application forms
- 2 recent passport size photographs
- Applicant must be in possession of a valid re-entry visa to the next country of destination
- A copy of the alien registration card/ Green Card( front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- A copy of the onward/return ticket or a confirmed itinerary

Malta Business Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
- 2 application forms
- 2 recent passport size photographs
- Applicant must be in possession of a valid re-entry visa to the next country of destination
- A copy of the alien registration card/ Green Card( front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Malta
- A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip
- A copy of the onward/return ticket or a confirmed itinerary
