Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Madagascar
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Madagascar Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least one month validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- 2 passsport type photographs
- Copy of the resident alien card( Green Card) or a valid visa to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Copy of the onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Madagascar Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least one month validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- 2 passsport type photographs
- Copy of the resident alien card( Green Card) or a valid visa to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip and that all the applicant's financial expenses will be taken care of in Madagascar during the intended stay
- Copy of the onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
- For business and/or stays longer than three months, visas are issued by the Ministre de Interieur (Ministry of the Interior) in Antananarivo. Applications can be filed directly with the Ministry or at the Embassy of Madagascar in the travelers country of residence.
