Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Lithuania
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourist/business stay of up to 90 days.
Visa requirements for non-U.S. citizens
Lithuania Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One visa application form, fully completed and signed
- 2-passport type photographs
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- A letter of invitation certified or issued by the migration authorities of Lithuania. If a letter of invitation comes from a private person, it must be issued by the migration authorities of Lithuania. In this case, it is required to present original invitation, faxed copies are not accepted.
- A certificate of health insurance valid in Lithuania (or notarized copy thereof).
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
Lithuania Business Visa
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- One visa application form, fully completed and signed
- 2-passport type photographs
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
- A letter of invitation certified or issued by the migration authorities of Lithuania. If a letter of invitation comes from a legal entity such as company or other organization, it must be certified by the migration authorities in Lithuania (have a stamp and signature of a migration office).
- A certificate of health insurance valid in Lithuania (or notarized copy thereof).
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
