Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Korea
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

US CITIZENS DO NOT NEED A VISA TO ENTER KOREA FOR A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS OR LESS FOR SHORT TERM TOURIST OR BUSINESS VISIT
VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR NON US CITIZENS
South Korea Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with atleast six months validity remaining
- 1 application form fully completed and signed
- 1- passport type color photograph
- Notarized copy of the green card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Proof of sufficent funds during the intended stay in Korea
- Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary

South Korea Business Visa
- A valid passport with atleast six months validity remaining
- 1 application form fully completed and signed
- 1- passport type color photograph
- Original or notarized copy of the green card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A letter from the company in the U.S.( on company letterhead) stating the purpose and duration of the trip and guaranteeing all financial expenditure during the intended stay of the applicant in Korea OR
- Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
