India Business Visa Requirements
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).
India Business Visa
- Valid passport with 6 months validity remaining
- 1-Visa application form, fully completed and signed
- 2 passport type photographs
- Valid green card or US visa
- Copy of the onward/return journey or confirmed Itinerary
- Letter of invitation from the host company in India
- Letter from the company in the US stating the duration and purpose of the visit and the applicants responsibility for all travel expenses
- Applicants must submit proof of residence/address while applying for the visa.Photocopy of driver's license or utility bill is acceptable.

Other Information
- Short Term Visa Holders: For applicants who are not citizens/residents of the USA and hold a tourist or other short-term visa for the USA have a reference fee of $20.00 for reference to be made to the country of their original residence.
