Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Hungary
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

US CITIZENS IN POSESSION OF A VALID U.S. PASPORT DO NOT NEED A VISA FOR TOURIST OR BUSINESS TRAVEL FOR A STAY OF 90 DAYS
VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR NON US CITIZENS
Hungary Tourist Visa
- Valid US passport with 6 months validity remaining (copy of the passport required)
- Valid application form completed and signed
- 2 passport type photographs
- Valid green card or US visa
- Copy of the onward/return journey or confirmed Itinerary
- Proof of financial support and hotel reservation
- Medical health/travel insurance covering at least emergency situation if required. The insuance must be valid for the entire duration of visit to/staying in Hungary

Hungary Business Visa
- Valid US passport with 6 months validity remaining (copy of the passport required)
- Valid application form completed and signed
- 2 passport type photographs
- Valid green card or US visa
- Copy of the onward/return journey or confirmed Itinerary
- Proof of financial support and hotel reservation
- Letter of invitation from the host company in Hungary
- Letter from the company in the US stating the duration and purpose of travel
