Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Chad
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Chad Tourist Visa
- A valid p assport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- 3 application forms fully completed and signed
- 3 passport-type photograph required
- A copy of the Green Card(front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Proof of sufficient funds during the intended stay in Chad
- Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary

Chad Business Visa
- A valid p assport with at least 6 months validity remaining
- 3 application forms fully completed and signed
- 3 passport-type photograph required
- A copy of the Green Card(front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A business letter from the company in the U.S.(on company letterhead) stating the purpose and duration of the trip and guaranteeing financial support for the applicant during the intended stay
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Chad
- Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary
