Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Brunei

Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourist or business travel to this country.

Visa requirements for non-U.S. citizens

Brunei Tourist Visa

Valid passport with atleast six months validity remaining
1-visa application form, fully completed and signed
1-passport type photograph
A copy of the Resident Alien Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
A letter stating the reason for the visit
Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for visitors over one year of age coming from infected areas.
Onward/return tickets or confirmed itinerary

Brunei Business Visa

Valid passport with atleast six months validity remaining
1-visa application form, fully completed and signed
1-passport type photograph
A copy of the Resident Alien Card or a valid visa back to the U.S.
A letter from the company in the U.S. stating the purpose and duration of the trip and guarantee all financial expenses of the applicant during the intended stay in Brunei
Letter of invitation from the host company in Brunei ( REQUIRED)
Yellow fever vaccination certificate is required for visitors over one year of age coming from infected areas.
