Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Bolivia

Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Bolivia Tourist Visa Requirements

Original passport, with atleast 6 months validity on it and a blank page for the visa
1- Application form, fully completed and signed
1- Colored passport type picture. 80% of the image must be of the face, no glasses.
Bank statement or equivalent showing economic solvency
Hotel reservation or letter of invitation from family or friends in Bolivia
Copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate
A copy of the Green card ( front and back) if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
Round trip ticket or copy of travel itinerary
