Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Bolivia
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).
Bolivia Tourist Visa Requirements
- Original passport, with atleast 6 months validity on it and a blank page for the visa
- 1- Application form, fully completed and signed
- 1- Colored passport type picture. 80% of the image must be of the face, no glasses.
- Bank statement or equivalent showing economic solvency
- Hotel reservation or letter of invitation from family or friends in Bolivia
- Copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate
- A copy of the Green card ( front and back) if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- Round trip ticket or copy of travel itinerary

Bolivia Business Visa Requirements
- Original passport, with atleast 6 months validity on it and a blank page for the visa
- 1- Application form, fully completed and signed
- 1- colored passport type picture. 80% of the image must be of the face,no glasses
- Bank statement or equivalent showing solvency.
- Hotel reservation or letter of invitation from family or friends in Bolivia

- A copy of the Green card (front and back) if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
- A business letter of responsibility is required,to be typewritten on your company letterhead stating nature of the business to be performed and duration of stay
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Bolivia
