Requirements to obtain VISA to enter Azerbaijan

Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Azerbaijan Tourist Visa

• Your valid signed passport (not a copy)
• 1 visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 2 passport-type photographs
• Tourist voucher from hotel in Azerbaijan that lists the hotel confirmation number.

Azerbaijan Business Visa

• Your valid signed passport (not a copy)
• 1 visa application form, fully completed and signed
• 2 passport-type photographs
• Invitation letter from Host Company or Organization in Azerbaijan, authorized by the Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
