Afghanistan Visa RequirementsRequirements to obtain VISA to enter Afghanistan:
Passport Information
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country for which VISA has been applied for. If validity is less than 6 months ETS will renew your passport (Fee's apply).

Afghanistan Tourist Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- One passport type photograph (attached with cellophane tape)
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is a resident alien
- Proof of hotel reservation
- Proof of financial support.
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary

Afghanistan Business Visa
- A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
- One application form, fully completed and signed
- One passport type photograph (attached with cellophane tape)
- A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is a resident alien
- A letter of introduction from the employer or sponsor stating the purpose and duration of the trip, sponsorship information and financial guarantee for expenses that the applicant will incur in Afghanistan
- A letter of invitation from the host company in Afghanistan
- Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
Other Information
- In special cases, application for multiple-entry visa may be accepted. Documentation of the purpose of the trip and approval from the consulate office are required. An additional fee will accrue.

- $50 - 2 weeks processing.
